WELDING ELECTRODES TSL-17 (diameter 3; 4; 5 mm)
CLASSIFICATION: E-10H5M8 in accordance with GOST 9466-75
LEGEND: E-10H5MF-TSL-17- Ø - TD
E-00-B20
TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS: GOST 9466-75, TU BY 100034500.045-2013
COATING: main
PURPOSE:
For the welding of chromium-molybdenum steels 15X5M marks 12H5MA, 15H5MFA working in hostile environments at temperatures up to 450 ° C. In all spatial positions except the vertical "top-down", at a constant current of opposite polarity.
After welding, the required heat treatment of products at temperatures 750-760 ° C with an exposure not less than 3 hours, followed by cooling to 500 ° C in an oven, then cooled in air.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE
Recommended short arc welding is necessary pre-heating and the accompanying articles to 350-400 ° C.
In case of exceeding the permissible moisture content in the coating (0.7%) before use further electrodes are calcined at a temperature of 250-300 ° C for 40-60 minutes.
