DIRECTIONS FOR USE:
Provide a weld metal with high resistance to wear under abrasive wear materials. The weld metal has the tendency to form fine cracks without reducing tend operational resistance weld parts.
WELDING MODES:
Not recommended - in order to avoid pitting - producing steel parts surfacing more than two layers, iron - in one layer. For T-weld overlays electrodes 620 lower layers of large thickness of the deposited electrodes other marks, depending on the brand of the parent metal. Possible way surfacing bathrooms.
Calcination electrode T-620 before welding: 180-200 ° C; 2-3 hours.
Welding is made on the average length of the arc from the electrode to tilt toward the direction of welding (back angle).
