Electrodes ЭА - 395/9
WELDING ELECTRODES EA-395/9 (diameter 3; 4; 5 mm)
CLASSIFICATION: E-11H15N25M6AG2 according to GOST 10052-75
LEGEND:E-11H25N25M6AG2-EA395 / 9-Ø -VD
E-001-B20
TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS:GOST 9466-75, TU BY 100034500.028-2011
COATING:main
PURPOSE:
Welding together of different grades of heat-resistant chromium-nickel steels and HN35VT type alloys H15N25AM6 et al., Containing up to 35% nickel, but without the requirement of resistance to intergranular corrosion and operating at temperatures up to 700 ° C (not containing niobium). Also for compounds of welding of austenitic steels of type 08Cr18Ni10Ti, 10X17H13M2T, 20H23N13 and similar types of steels with pearlitic 25G2S, 20HGNM, 40HFA and the like.
In all spatial positions except the vertical "top-down", at a constant current of opposite polarity.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE
Welding should be carried out very short arc, the surface of the parts must be carefully cleaned.
In case of exceeding the permissible moisture content in the coating (0.3%) before use further electrodes are calcined at a temperature of 280-330 ° C during 40-60 minutes.
